Growth systems for service contractors

Profitable inside six months, or we work for free

We build the marketing and follow-up system that turns calls into booked jobs, then match your leads to your paid invoices. If your tracked profit doesn't exceed what you've paid us within six months, we keep working free until it does.

What guessing is costing you

Most contractors can tell you how many leads came in last month. Far fewer can tell you how many turned into paid jobs. That gap is where marketing budgets disappear.

  • Jan 6#41896$6,325.00

Which of these came from the leads above?

  • Money spent on leads that never become jobs

A lead report looks good until you compare it to your invoices. If you can't connect the two, you can't tell which spend is working and which is just keeping an agency busy.

  • Calls and form fills lost to slow follow-up

The first company to call back often gets the estimate. Missed calls, unreturned voicemails, and web forms that sit overnight hand jobs to your competitors.

  • Reports full of clicks, with no jobs attached

Impressions and click-through rates don't pay for a truck. If your monthly report never mentions booked work, you're getting the numbers that are easy to pull and none of the ones you care about.

  • A growth plan split across vendors and software that don't talk to each other

One company runs the website, another runs ads, your CRM lives somewhere else, and nobody owns the result. Every vendor looks fine on their own report.

Marketing measured in closed jobs, not clicks

When the goal is booked work instead of traffic, every decision changes: which services we push, which areas we target, and how fast your team reaches a new lead.

A monthly report showing which jobs came from us

Every month we match your leads to your paid invoices. In January 2026, one client invested $4,100 and we matched $172,863 in closed jobs to their campaigns.

The report shown is from January: $106,063 from 20 jobs.

A steady pipeline of the jobs you want

We focus on the services and areas with the best margins for your business, so more of your calls are jobs you actually want to run.

More estimates, more booked work

Faster follow-up and cleaner handoffs mean fewer leads go cold between the first call and the estimate. Your team spends its time on people ready to hire.

Numbers you can plan around

Whether you're adding a truck, opening a new area, or getting ready to sell, you'll have real job source data to make the call.

Why Luxa

You shouldn't have to guess whether your marketing is growing your business

A lot of the owners we talk to have been burned before. The last agency sent reports full of leads and rankings, but nobody could say which of those leads became paid jobs. We built Luxa to answer that question every month.

"Joseph handles all of our online advertising and our business the past year has doubled if not more. Truly happy with this service. Joseph Gonzales is definitely the one to talk to."

Who we help

  • Spray Foam
  • Septic

Spray foam

We know an attic retrofit lead from a new construction bid, and we market for the jobs that fit your crew and your rigs.

Septic

Most septic calls start with a backup or a home sale inspection. We make sure you are the number they find first, then track which calls turn into pumping, repair, and install jobs.

  • Hood Cleaning
  • Biohazard Cleanup

Commercial hood cleaning

Your buyers are restaurant owners and facility managers working against fire code inspection schedules. One good account means years of recurring cleanings, so we market for the contract, not the single visit.

Biohazard and crime scene cleanup

These calls come in urgent and often after hours, from families, property managers, and first responders. If nobody answers, the job goes to the next number. We build for speed, then track which referral sources pay.

Three steps to marketing you can measure

  1. Kickoff review
    • Services you sell
    • Your service area
    • How your team handles leads
    • How much work you can take on
The numbers we'll be judged by
    01

Review your goals, market, and sales process

We look at what you want the business to do next, the services you sell, your service area, how your team handles leads, and how much work you can take on. Then we agree on the numbers we'll be judged by.

  2. Connections
    • Jobber
    • QuickBooks
    • ServiceTitan
    Revenue report
    We handle all the setup
    02

    Build your growth system

We start with what your business needs most: lead follow-up, job source tracking, SEO, Google Business Profiles, or full service area coverage. We connect Jobber, QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, or whatever you use, and handle all the setup.

  3. Leads matched to paid invoices
    03

    Measure it in your books

Each month you get a revenue report that matches leads to paid invoices. We review it with you against the goals from step one and decide what to change next.

A guarantee written the way you'd write it

Why we guarantee profit, not revenue

Performance guarantees usually get written against revenue, which is a number that flatters everyone and means nothing to your bank account. You know what a job costs you to run.

Measured in your books, not ours

Read-only access to your bookkeeping system in month two. The numbers come from your own accounting, using your own margins.

Not every market qualifies

Search demand varies enormously by area, and some territories don't have the volume to support a promise like this. We run the data before we make the offer. If your footprint doesn't support it, we'll tell you on the call and show you what it does support.

What we need from you

  • A six-month term
  • Access to your digital assets in the first two weeks so we can build
  • A read-only bookkeeping connection by month two
  • Someone answering the phone and following up with every lead

Service contractor marketing that tracks leads to revenue

Most marketing for service contractors is judged by traffic, rankings, and lead counts. Those numbers matter, but they stop short of the question owners care about: did this bring in paid work? Here's how we answer it, and what we build to move the number.

Map rank grid: hood cleaningReal client, Oct 2025 to Sep 2026

Covering your whole service area, not a 10-mile circle

Google leans heavily on distance when it decides which local businesses to show. If your marketing is built around one address, you can rank well near your shop and barely show up in the towns where most of your customers live. We map your full service area, find the higher-population areas you're missing, and build coverage for each one.

Follow-up systems that turn inquiries into estimates

A lead that waits overnight is often a lead that already booked someone else. We set up instant responses, missed-call text back, and follow-up sequences so every inquiry gets a fast answer and a next step, even when your team is on a job.

Questions owners ask before hiring us

How do you match leads to jobs?

We connect to the system you already use, like Jobber, QuickBooks, or ServiceTitan. Every month we pull your paid invoices and closed jobs and match them to the calls and form fills from your campaigns. You see which jobs came from us and what they paid.

Do I have to set anything up?

No. We build the connection and the matching on our side. We need access to your digital assets in the first two weeks and a read-only bookkeeping connection by month two. That's it.

What counts as profit in the guarantee?

Gross profit on jobs we can track back to our campaigns, calculated with your own margins from your own books. The guarantee is met when that profit is more than everything you've paid us.

What if my market doesn't qualify?

We'll tell you on the call and show you the data. Some areas don't have the search volume to support the guarantee. We'll show you what your market can support, and you can decide if it's still worth doing.

Do you work with my competitors?

No. We take one client per trade in each market. If we're working with you, we're not working with anyone who competes with you there.

Who owns the site and profiles?

You do. Your website, Google Business Profiles, tracking numbers, and data belong to you. If you ever leave, it all stays with you.

How long is the agreement?

Six months to start. That's enough time to build the system, fix the gaps, and produce real data to judge it by. It's also the window the guarantee covers.

Most of our work comes from referrals. Does this still help?

Referrals are great until they slow down. We build a second source of jobs you control, and the tracking shows how much of your work comes from referrals versus marketing, so you know what each is worth.

What does it cost?

It depends on your trade, your service area, and what we need to build. You'll get a clear monthly number on the call, before you commit to anything.

Find out if your market is still open

You can keep guessing which marketing is working, or you can see it in your own invoices every month. We take one client per trade in each market, so the first step is checking whether yours is still available.

What you get:

  • Which parts of your service area are open
  • Your score and your biggest gaps
  • Whether your market has the volume for the guarantee
